The 2018 NBA Playoffs

Saturday April 14th was the official kickoff of the 2018 NBA Playoffs. The Playoffs are a best-of-seven elimination tournament that include the top eight teams from both the Western conference and Eastern conference.

Saturday’s games included the Golden State Warriors vs. the San Antonio Spurs, the Toronto Raptors vs. the Washington Wizards, the Philadelphia 76ers vs. the Miami Heat, and the Portland Trailblazers vs. the New Orleans Pelicans. The Golden State Warriors, Toronto Raptors, Philadelphia 76ers, and the New Orleans Pelicans were all successful in Game 1, advancing them to a 1-0 lead in this first round.

Sunday’s games covered the Boston Celtics vs. the Milwaukee Bucks, the Cleveland Cavaliers vs. the Indiana Pacers, the Oklahoma City Thunder vs the Utah Jazz, and the Houston Rockets vs. the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Boston Celtics, Indiana Pacers, Oklahoma City Thunder, and Houston Rockets were also successful in Game 1, advancing them to a 1-0 lead in this first round.

With things just getting started, it is clear that these 2018 playoffs will not disappoint NBA fans.
